Postage:

We currently only post to mainland United Kingdom, excluding Highlands and Islands. A standard £6 postage cost will be charged for mainland United Kingdom, excluding Highlands and Islands.

Potential customers from the Highlands, Islands and International should contact us via email before attempting to make a purchase as we may not post to all areas. If we post outside mainland United Kingdom, excluding Highlands and Islands, then costs may vary.

Within mainland United Kingdom, excluding Highlands and Islands, our preferred carrier is MyHermes but we reserve the right to use other carriers.

Most items will require a signature on delivery, so it is your responsibility to ensure there is someone available to sign for your order, rearrange delivery or collect your order from the local postage office.

We do not accept an item is lost until 14 working days after it has been posted. We support our carriers, if a carrier shows an order as delivered and signed for, we consider it has arrived. In that event, customers should pursue a claim through the chosen carriers’ complaints procedure.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns will be accepted if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described, are incorrect, are damaged or faulty. These shall be known as our return reasons. However, we reserve the right to challenge the reasons for a return and require proof before accepting returns.

For us to pay the return it must be within 30 days of purchase and receipt of an order, returns outside this 30 day period may still be accepted but postage will not be paid. If a return is accepted, we will pay for the return by our chosen carrier, if a customer uses a different carrier, the difference in price will not be covered. If replacement goods are supplied, the time limit to return them is 7 days unless the 30 day time limit has not expired.

We may offer a partial refund if a customer chooses to keep the supplied goods rather than return them. However, this is done on a good will basis and if a partial refund or price reduction is accepted then the customer loses the right to a full refund. Any partial refunds are done on a good will basis and we reserve the right to seek return of the goods for a refund or, where the law allows, reject the return case.

If the return request does not, objectively, fall within our return reasons or falls outside the 30 day return period, return requests do not have to be accepted. Returns may still be accepted, on a good will basis, for a full or partial refund, but customers may be required to pay the postage.

There is no automatic right of return for custom order items or items on which the seal has been broken, although a partial refund may be offered on a good will basis.

If it is not possible to replace the goods a partial or full refunds may be offered, in some cases we may be able to offer to replace the goods with similar or comparable goods. If goods were supplied but not posted, then it is down to the customer to organise their return.

Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, refunds will be sent using PayPal, although other methods may be used upon request.

If your claim for a refund comes within our return reasons and our 30 day returns period, your maximum refund and compensation shall be the purchase cost of the goods and the postage costs. With regards to refunds, compensation or other disputes, the same loss may not be recovered twice.

In the event of any error which results in an item or items being unavailable for supply, customers will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
